Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

Spray bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
Layer nuts and coconut in bottom of pan.
Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour over coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together over low heat.
Pour in confectioners sugar until well smoothed.
Pour over cake mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
