Southern Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef roast
    6 potatoes
    6 carrots
    2 small whole onions
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown beef on all 4 sides. Mix 2 cups water.
    Cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until tender. Serve with brown gravy.
    Serves 4.
