Cosmopolitan Casserole(Yields 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sauerkraut, drained
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
2 Tbsp. sweet and sour dressing
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 (4 oz.) pkg. corned beef, shredded
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 can refrigerated 6 flaky tender flake biscuits
1/4 c. potato chips, crushed
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spread sauerkraut in bottom of 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Top with tomato slices.
Dot with dressing and margarine. Cover with corned beef. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Remove casserole from oven. Separate biscuits into three layers. Slightly overlap biscuit layers on casserole to form 3 rows. Sprinkle with potato chips and caraway seeds. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes until biscuit topping is golden brown.
