Strawberry Citrus Snack Block - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 c. orange juice, heated to a boil
    1 1/2 c. Hershey's strawberry syrup
Preparation
    In a large heatproof bowl, sprinkle gelatin over water.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Add juice, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
    Stir in syrup.
    Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
    Cut into blocks with a knife or shapes with cookie cutters.
    Serve cold.
    Makes about 3 dozen blocks.
