Clam Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box unsalted saltines, broken up fine
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot red sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans minced clams
8 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
Preparation

In large bowl, combine all ingredients, clam juice and all. Mix until well blended.
Shape into rounded balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet; sprinkle with powdered butter and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
