Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. pimento
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    6 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Drain pineapple; boil juice (you should have 2 cups of juice). Pour over Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Add cheese that has been warmed to room temperature, pimento, pineapple, celery, nuts and a pinch of salt.
    Fold in whipped cream and chill.
