Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fryer chicken pieces
    butter and lard
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    flour-corn meal mixture
    milk
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in milk, then flour mixture and brown lightly in shortenings.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and plenty paprika.
    Put in baking pan.
    Add a
    bit
    of
    water.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Uncover last 15 minutes.
