Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    2 1/2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick butter
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cook in water until done.
    Drain well and mash
    with
    potato masher.
    Add butter while potatoes are hot
    or melt
    before
    adding.
    Add
    egg
    yolks, sugar, syrup, allspice, cinnamon and vanilla; mix well.
    Divide between pie shells.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
