Chicken And Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 bunch broccoli
    1 medium zucchini
    3 green peppers
    1 red pepper
    1 medium onion (optional)
    2 tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. sun-dried tomatoes (optional)
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 c. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic
    2 c. rice or your favorite pasta
    2 tsp. margarine or cooking spray
Preparation
    In a frying pan, a deep dish one if you have it, melt the margarine and add garlic.
    Or if you have a nonstick pan, you could try the cooking spray.
    Stir-fry the chicken after you cut it into bite-size pieces.
    Cook until almost done, then remove from the pan.
    Add broccoli.
    Add extra margarine if needed. Cover the pan to give the broccoli a chance to cook.
    Add the green pepper and onion when broccoli begins to soften.
    Add zucchini when peppers are beginning to soften.
    Add sun-dried tomatoes now, too.
