Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    American cheese slices
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. milk
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion and cheese in a greased baking dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
    Blend soup and milk. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
