Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. crushed cheese crackers
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook vegetables until barely tender; drain.
    Cut up slightly; arrange in buttered casserole.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese; spoon over vegetables.
    Top with nuts and cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
