White Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. canned evaporated milk (small can)
    12 large marshmallows
    2 c. pecans (whole or broken pieces, not chopped)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Boil sugar and evaporated milk for 5 minutes after or when it comes to a hard boil.
    Add marshmallows.
    Mix well.
    Stir until marshmallows are melted.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    Remove from fire and beat until it begins to get thick and sugary.
    Drop by spoonful on waxed paper.
    Should make about 24 pieces.
