Beef Short Ribs - Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef short ribs
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 small onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3/4 c. catsup
    3/4 c. catsup water
Preparation
    Have beef ribs be the size of serving pieces.
    Season them with the mixture of salt and both peppers.
    Place in large skillet and brown in hot oil.
    Cover with sliced onions after you have placed the ribs in a large baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the meat.
    (Catsup water just means put the 3/4 cup water in the same measuring cup that you used to put in the 3/4 cup catsup.) Cover tightly; bake in a moderate (350\u00b0) oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Baste occasionally.
    Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown.
    Serves 6.
