Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    3 c. sugar
    5 c. flour
    4 tsp. soda, dissolved in buttermilk
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix together the cereal, sugar, flour and salt using a large spoon, then mix in the buttermilk with baking soda, oil and eggs.
    Add buttermilk.
    After everything is mixed well, do not mix again.
    Fill muffin tins half full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Store any leftover dough in an airtight container in fridge.
