Easy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deboned chicken pieces or whole chicken, cut up
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    Milani 1890 dressing
    apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix onion soup, 1890 dressing and apricot preserves, stirring until smooth.
    Use approximately equal amounts of dressing and preserves, adjusting to your own taste and the quantity of chicken being prepared.
    Coat chicken with sauce, layer in pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Delicious served over steaming rice and peas.
