Quick Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. ground chuck
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Mix
    ground chuck with diced onions and seasoning, salt and pepper.
    Cook
    in
    skillet\ton
    medium
    heat until meat is done. Add
    can
    of
    mixed vegetables and cook 1 minute.
    Pour into casserole
    dish
    and
    add
    layer of reconstituted mashed potatoes. Top
    with\tgrated cheese.\tBake in oven (regular or microwave) until
    cheese melts fully.\tGood reheated the next day.
