Ranch Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large potatoes, peeled
1/2 c. onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
salt
pepper
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Cut potatoes in thick slices.
Mix with onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oil in nonstick skillet.
Add potato mixture and cover.
Fry at medium heat, stirring frequently, for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Makes 4 servings.
