Butterscotch Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/4 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix eggs and sugar, then
    blend
    in
    all other ingredients. Bake in a greased and floured
    8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Makes one pan only.
