Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. self-rising flour
6 Tbsp. poppy seed
4 egg whites, beaten stiff and folded into mixture
Preparation

Beat egg whites first and put aside in bowl.
Cream butter and sugar.
Mix all ingredients well and bake in 315\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes in greased and floured tube pan.
