Potato Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Russet potatoes
    1 c. sour cream (fat-free)
    4 green onions, sliced
    1 1/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin until tender; peel and grate.
    Combine potatoes with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese and salt.
    Turn into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
