Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 green peppers
    15 red peppers
    8 onions
    1 1/2 pt. vinegar
    1 1/2 lb. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. spiced cloves
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions together.
    Cover with boiling water. Let stand 15 minutes.
    Strain in colander and pour more boiling water over onions and peppers.
    Let stand 10 minutes and then drain.
