Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 bud garlic
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or cilantro
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Pierce garlic bud with fork.
    Cook onion, celery and garlic in margarine until tender.
    Remove garlic.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer 5 minutes to blend flavors and heat through.
