Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries (4 c.)
1 c. seedless raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped (or 1/2 c.)
1 medium-size apple, chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
English walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine
cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and
water
in a large saucepan.
Cook 15 minutes until berries pop
and mixture thickens.
Stir in apple, celery and onion. Simmer
15
minutes
longer
or until thick.
Cool and refrigerate.
Makes 4 cups.
