Bruzzalonai - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak, thinly sliced and rolled up with string
    1 medium onion
    2 c. plain bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add enough oil to brown bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper. Add homemade tomato sauce to crumb mixture; moisten (pasty).
    Add peeled hard-boiled eggs.
    Place bread crumb and sauce mixture layered over round steak, coating it one-inch.
    Roll up.
