Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large potatoes
    2 to 3 boiled eggs
    1 onion, chopped or grated
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 heaping tsp. mustard
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes or bake in microwave oven.
    Peel eggs, chop whites and set aside.
    Put mustard, mayonnaise and egg yolks in a bowl.
    Mix.
    Add hot potatoes and cut in chunks with knife while mixing.
    Add egg whites, onion and pepper.
    Add salt, if needed.
