Zucchini Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 small tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
    Heat butter or margarine in a heavy skillet over high heat. Add zucchini, onions, salt, pepper and tomatoes.
    Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
    Add cheese; heat until cheese is melted.
