Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick salted butter
1/2 c. whole milk
3/4 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. quick oats (uncooked)
Preparation

Combine sugar and cocoa. Add butter and milk. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil; boil about 30 seconds. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, oats and vanilla. Mix well and drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Will harden as they sit.
