Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
8 chopped Delicious apples (4 Red and 4 Golden)
2 c. dry roasted peanuts, chopped
16 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix together first four ingredients.
Drain pineapple; save juice and pour over apples.
Add to egg mixture the Cool Whip, pineapple, drained apples and 1 2/3 cup peanuts.
Mix thoroughly. Top with remaining peanuts and refrigerate.
