Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. jumbo shells, cooked
    3 c. diet cottage cheese or Ricotta cheese
    2 c. (12 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 qt. favorite spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. hamburger, cooked (optional)
Preparation
    Cook shells.
    Mix the cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
    Fill shells with cheese mixture.
    Cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with thin layer of spaghetti sauce.
    Arrange stuffed shells in dish and pour remaining sauce mixed with meat over the shells. Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and sprinkle additional 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional) over shells.
    Continue baking for additional 15 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
