Hot Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light corn syrup
6 Tbsp. butter
1 c. light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine in saucepan sugar, corn syrup, 3 tablespoons butter and 1/2 cup cream.
Bring to boil; gradually add remaining cream and butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just to soft ball stage (230\u00b0).
Remove from heat.
Add salt and vanilla extract.
Serve warm.
