Country Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
butter
2 Tbsp. each dried tarragon and basil leaves
minced parsley
Preparation

Peel potatoes.
Cut in half lengthwise.
Cut each half diagonally into 1/8-inch slices, keeping potato assembled.
Lift with spatula onto oiled baking sheet.
Press down slightly with palm of hand to fan out slightly.
Brush with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with herbs.
Bake for 15 to 25 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with minced parsley.
