Raspberry-Oat Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw oatmeal
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 pt. fresh raspberries
Preparation
    Toast oatmeal in a skillet over low heat, stirring constantly. Set aside.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 muffin-pan cups.
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    In a small bowl, blend egg, milk and oil.
    Stir into flour mixture just until moistened.
    Fold in raspberries and toasted oatmeal.
    Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake 20 minutes.
