Strawberry Chantilly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, partially thawed
    juice of 1 lime
    3 pt. fresh strawberries
    granulated sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 Tbsp. Kirsch
Preparation
    Drain raspberries and puree in a blender.
    Arrange rinsed and dried strawberries in a glass bowl, pyramid fashion.
    Sprinkle with lime juice and then with granulated sugar.
    Spoon raspberry puree over strawberries.
    Top with whipped cream to which the powdered sugar and Kirsch have been added.
    If preferred, may be served in individual bowls or stemmed glasses.
