Oreo Freak-Out - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 Oreos, crushed and divided
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 can Planters salted cocktail nuts
    1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Pat 20 crushed Oreos into oblong Pyrex dish. Add softened ice cream on top and smooth. Evenly spread peanuts over ice cream. Pour syrup over all.
    Spread Cool Whip evenly over syrup. Sprinkle 10 crushed Oreos on top. Freeze overnight.
    Let set out 10 minutes before serving.
