Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. ground cucumbers
    6 green peppers, ground
    1 large jar pimento, ground
    1 qt. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 qt. ground onions
    3 red peppers, ground
    1 Tbsp. pickling salt
    4 c. sugar
    1 qt. green tomatoes, ground
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, peppers and pimento. Soak overnight in pickling salt.
    Drain but do not squeeze the water from vegetables.
    Cover with vinegar; add sugar and spices. Boil slowly 20 minutes.
