Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 large potatoes, sliced thin
2 large onions, sliced thin
cheese slices
1 can baby English peas
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook beef; drain off fat.
Start with a layer of potatoes, then layer beef, onions, peas, corn and sliced cheese.
Repeat, ending with pouring cream chicken over top.
Place sliced cheese on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
