Chicken Curry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. flour
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1 c. light cream
4 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute onion, garlic and curry until onions are soft.
Stir in flour.
Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream.
Stir over low heat constantly until sauce bubbles and thickens.
Add chicken, salt and pepper.
