Blueberry Jam(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice, concentrate, thawed
    1 envelope plain gelatin
    5 c. frozen or fresh blueberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut corn tortillas into 6 triangles.
    Top with green chilies and a little grated part skim milk Mozzarella cheese.
    Place in a 350\u00b0 oven to crisp tortilla and melt cheese.
