Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen California Blend vegies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can onions.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole.
    Cook covered in microwave on High for 8 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Cook uncovered on High 1 minute or until cheese melts.
