Sweet-Sour Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. prepared mustard (I use Dijon)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    chicken
Preparation
    Skin chicken.
    Roll pieces in sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    If using boned and skinned chicken breasts, allow 45 minutes baking time.
    I serve this with rice as the sauce is delicious.
