Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 16 oz. can of salmon drained and flaked
    2 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 slightly beaten egg (can use 2 or 3 eggs)
    1 tsp. parsley
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. coarse pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all together and place in a loaf pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 350\u00b0 degrees.
    You could substitute 2 cans (7 oz. each) tuna fish.
