Chocolate Eclair - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham crackers
1 large vanilla instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
1 jar chocolate syrup
milk
Preparation

Line 9 x 12-inch casserole dish with graham crackers.
Mix pudding by directions on box.
Mix in 16 ounces Cool Whip.
Place another layer of crackers on top of pudding.
Pour chocolate syrup over mixture.
Chill for several hours before serving.
Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
