Cowboy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. butter
1 c. water
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

In bowl, mix sugar and flour; set aside.
In kettle, mix cocoa, butter and water; heat to boiling.
Pour over flour and sugar mixture.
Add eggs, soda, buttermilk and vanilla; mix with beater.
Bake in greased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
Prepare topping about 5 minutes before cake is done.
