French Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/3 c. soft shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients together; stir in milk.
    Put in muffin pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool a few minutes.
    Dip tops and sides of muffin in melted butter, then roll them in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Makes 12.
