Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 (10 lb.) brisket
Preparation

Trim fat off brisket.
Liberally sprinkle meat tenderizer and garlic salt on both sides of brisket.
Pour Worcestershire sauce and rub in with hands on both sides, then rub in brown sugar on both sides with hands.
Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 in covered pan for 7 or 8 hours (I usually bake it overnight) or until tender.
