Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Combine cooked sweet potatoes, butter and eggs.
Mix well. Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add to potato mixture.
Mix well. Combine buttermilk and soda.
Add to potato mixture.
Mix well. Stir in vanilla.
Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until set.
Serve warm or cold.
Yields 1 (9-inch) pie.
