Layered Fish Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 carrot, grated
    1 stalk celery, minced
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 Tbsp. minced onions (optional)
    1 lb. frozen ocean perch fillets, thawed
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix the bread crumbs, carrot, celery, parsley and onion. Place half the fillets in a greased casserole and half the crumbs mixture.
    Repeat layers and dot with butter.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
