2 Meat Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 or 3 lb. pork roast
3 or 4 lb. beef roast
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 cans beef broth
flour
salt and pepper
vegetable oil
Preparation

Salt and pepper both roasts.
Roll both roasts in flour to coat.
Brown in oil in roasting pan or large Dutch oven.
Remove roasts.
Make gravy in pan using flour, soup mix and beef broth. Return roasts to pan; cover and cook in oven at 300\u00b0 until done. If gravy becomes too thick, you may thin with water.
