Cream Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sifted flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Add oil and salt.
Add flour and beat rapidly, over low heat, until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, compact ball.
Remove from heat.
Add unbeaten eggs, one at a time.
Beat hard after each until mixture is shiny and smooth.
