Rice O'Brien - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/2 c. sliced green peppers
    1 tsp. salt
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    3 Tbsp. pimento, diced
    1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Cook rice in seasoned water for about 15 minutes (water and bouillon cubes), covered. Heat butter in skillet; saut the onions and green peppers until tender-crisp. Add the cooked rice. Fork toss with pimentos and olives.
